In facility management, all key movements converge at the central store: out to the properties in the morning, back in the evening. That's exactly where the Log+Key wall terminal hangs — staff sign in with a PIN, scan the key and are on their way in seconds. The live overview shows at any time which keys are in circulation and who is carrying them.
Multi-property management with master data
Every key carries its master data: property, address, locking system, client, key number. If a cleaner covers eight properties, you see at a glance which keys they hold — and conversely find all keys belonging to any property in seconds, even with stocks of hundreds of entries.
Turnover and subcontractors under control
When staff change, Log+Key immediately shows which keys the person still holds — the return is scanned and thereby proven. Subcontractors and external technicians don't need an account of their own: scan the key out, select the recipient, set a return date.
