• What does Log+Key cost?

  For up to 10 keys, Log+Key is permanently free — with every feature and any number of users. Beyond that, pricing depends on the number of keys to be managed: €39 / month for up to 100 keys, €69 / month for up to 250 keys and €149 / month from 1,000 keys. Volume discounts are available for larger quantities.

• What hardware do I need?

  You can use Log+Key entirely without additional hardware on a smartphone, tablet or computer. Optionally, NFC tags (€2 each) add fast scanning to the system, and a wall terminal provides a fixed point of contact in the office or storeroom. Neither is essential — many teams start out with no hardware at all and add it later as needed.

• What is included in the free tier?

  Every feature that paying customers use too — key documentation, shift handovers, return dates, signatures, complete history. The limit is the number of managed keys (10), not the range of features or the number of users.

• Do the prices include VAT?

  No, all prices are net and exclude the applicable statutory VAT (currently 19%).

• We manage far more than 1,000 keys — is there a bespoke quote?

  Yes. For larger quantities, specific requirements or additional adaptations such as integration of interfaces and hardware combinations, we are happy to put together a bespoke quote.
